heXagramm is a canadian research institute or think tank specialized in media arts and technology. There are more than 65 research/artists (nice naming) and 300 graduate students involved. (Website is in english and french.)

One of their 8 research fields is wearable computing and they have a crazy list of projects in this area.

Some of them are "conjuring bodies" (like mine ;-); memory rich clothing (hm. better not ;-))) or Softwear: Expressive Software for Responsive Playspaces - what is about the social interfaces of today, one of my beloved topics.
