Emergency help for elderly

Filed in archive Products by on July 25, 2005

While talking about Kids the last days now I found something for elderly or critically ill patients. The Vivago wrist band from IST analyses and transmits information on the user's level of activity and notifies if any deviations from normal occur. The recipient of alarms may be a community nursing centre or a doctor.

Sounds like a very practical tool for elderly people who may fall and are not able to call for help otherwise.

via Gearlive, thanks Torsten for the tip!
