The new issue of IEEE Pervasive Computing is about mobiles and how they already work as ubiquitous computer.

From my view all gadgets are a kind of "in-between". That means between personal and wearable computing. But the mobile has some more features then an iPod. It is allways on and allways connected and can work location based. Beside that the power supply is becoming better and better.
And btw. did you know that more then 60% of kids from 9 up already own a mobile too?

Saying that this issue of Pervasive Computing is worth a look for pros in wearable as in mobile technologies. You find prior issues here. There is a call for paper for the next issue in Jan-March 2006 on the topic of RFID.

Tomorrow I'll give you an overview of the content.
