Infineon announced the management buy-out of Interactive Wear AG i.G., thats the former unit who produced a mp3-and mobil jacket together with O'Neill. Interactive Wear was founded pretty fast (i.G. means "in the course of Incorporation") because of the PR Infineon generates right now.

Infineon started activities in the wearable electronics sector to help build the market but now sells or closes all activities that are not within their core business.
Interesting, originally they wanted to name the spin-off "Techwear" ;-)
