First I could'nt believe what Gizmag wrote, but it seems to be real: the first human robotic arm implant. But even more unbelievable is that a microchip implanted into the patient's brain controls the Artificial arm.

The surgery was performed at a Hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, led by Brazilian doctor Miguel Nicolelis.
